LIFT & DIPS LEVEL 1
Beginner lifts & Dips class, this is a great place to start for new students! Learn Lifts, Dips and tricks great for any style of dance or choreorgraphy. No partner required for this class.
LIFTS & DIPS LEVEL 2
Lifts & Dips level 2 is by invitation only. Many student take level 1 Lifts & Dips for a year or more before being invited into the level 2 class. Each cycle There is something new to be learned for both levels that we offer so you will not get bored in our level 1. Please do not move on without speaking to our instructor. Learn Lifts, Dips and tricks great for any style of dance or choreography. No partner required for this class.
Attire:No jeans, or work clothes are allowed in this class. You can take the class barefoot or yoga socks that have a grip on the bottom, Heels are not to be worn in this class. Stretch pants and short/long sleeve shirts are best. We also advise you remove any and all jewelry before attempting any material in this class.
Length & Pricing: 60 minutes / $20
This class will meet once a week every Wednesday Level 1 8:00-9:00pm & Level 2 9:00-10:00pm for six weeks. If you check our class schedule we may have other Lifts & Dips classes featured on a different day/time/level so check us out at pielcaneladancers.com/ClassSchedule
