( Ages 4-9) Kids benefit from yoga just as grown ups do. Yoga helps kids become aware of their bodies. This class includes fun and playful breathing exercises that give kids the tools to calm themselves down in overwhelming or stressful situations. We stretch, balance and work with partners, the class is specifically designed for kids to help strengthen their bodies and build confidence. Classes will also include a craft as an addition to each class theme.
This class runs back to back with our adult class so parents have the opportunity to take class themselves.
Price: 75 min $170 for 10 weeks- will prorate if you know in advance that there will be classes missed.
