From the outside, inversions (handstand, forearmstand, headstand) can appear elusive, magical and for some of us seemingly unattainable. Fortunately there are plenty of hacks to getting upside down and in this 2 hour workshop we’re going to learn some of those tricks! Covering various bodyweight drills and exercises that aren’t covered in your traditional yoga class- we can begin to demystify the art of inverting and safely work our way upside down with confidence.
