The Brooklyn Reserve Wine, Beer, and Cheese Festival
Brooklyn Reserve is an event series exploring food culture, culinary trends, and celebrating small producers. It is the brainchild of the creative team behind The Bell House and Union Hall.
In May we will launch our inaugural event: The Brooklyn Reserve Wine, Beer, and Cheese Festival, which will take place at The Bell House and focus entirely on craft manufacturers. Featuring 35+ vendors, our goal is to create an atmosphere that promotes both local and international culture and allows consumers and creators to personally connect.
We’ve partnered with Nate Archibald of Steephill Wines, a local importer with over three decades of experience in the industry. He will be pouring samples from small producers in the Spanish and French wine regions that have limited exposure in the United States, allowing participants the rare opportunity to enjoy wines they might not have otherwise had access to.
We are fortunate to include both established and budding artisan cheese producers such as Crown Finish Caves, the cheese aging facility located in Crown Heights and steeped in European tradition, on board as vendors for this event.
The event will also feature regional breweries handpicked largely from the 5 boroughs and Long Island. The local competition has spawned exceptional recipes and we will showcase the flavorful and varied tastes from these master brewers.
The festival will feature live jazz by Jerome Sabbagh Trio as well as VIP packages and enhanced tastings.
