7:00-7:45AM | Intro to Meditation | No experience necessary. Come meditate in nature. Classes led by Jackie Foley.
6:30-7:30PM | West African Dance | Learn the moves and dance along! All levels of experience welcome!
6:00-6:30PM | MAY 29-JULY 10 – Baby Fingers (Baby Sign Language) /// JULY 17-AUGUST 28 – Family Music with Coyote Pups
6:30-8:00PM | Yoga | All levels yoga class with a new teacher each week.
5:30-6:15PM | Family Yoga | Ages 3-8. Parents join in too for a super fun kids yoga class led by Carolina Lindoff.
7:00-7:45AM | Intro to Meditation | No experience necessary. Come meditate in nature. Classes led by Anthony Purdy.
All classes are located on the lawn in front of Indian Road, near the water. Enter at the north entrance of Inwood Hill Park at 218th street (near Indian Road Cafe) and follow the path in towards the left. If you enter the park at Seaman & Isham, follow the path to the right, past the baseball fields and all the way to the water. Look for the Bread and Yoga flags and our staff wearing Bread and Yoga shirts!
In the case of inclement weather, all classes will be canceled. If it looks like rain, or if the ground might be wet, check in on our social media pages first (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). We’ll post there if we decide to cancel the class.
